Pheonix Academy – Venue Hire Overview

Pheonix Academy, located on The Curve in White City is committed to fostering strong relationships within the London borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and is pleased to make its facilities available for hire outside of core school hours. Our premises offer a secure, well-maintained environment suitable for a range of educational, cultural, and recreational activities.

Phoenix Academy, situated in White City, Shepherd’s Bush, London, has seen a significant transformation over the past few decades. Recently rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted, the school now fosters a strong sense of community. Its evolution from a struggling institution to a flourishing centre of learning highlights the powerful role of dedicated leadership and community support in driving lasting improvement.

Sports Facilities

Artificial Pitch: The Floodlit pitch is available for 5-a-side, 6-a-side, 7-a-side and 11-a-side football matches. The large 9-a-side pitch can be divided into three 5-a-side areas, making it ideal for tournaments and casual games.
Indoor Sports Hall: Suitable for various sports, including football, netball, basketball, badminton, and tennis.
Parking: Free parking available after 6:30pm.

Event and Meeting Spaces

Main Hall: A Spacious Venue fully equipped with PA System accommodating seating for up to 250 people banquet style or 400 theatre style. Can be complimented with outdoor space.
Dining Room: The Dining Hall is a large space available to hire standardly set out with rows of tables and chairs.
Meeting Rooms: Flexible spaces suitable for conferences, seminars, and workshops, with capacities ranging from 12 to 30 people.
Classrooms: Ideal for training sessions and educational events.

The academy is an excellent choice for hosting:

Children’s Parties: Offering both indoor and outdoor facilities suitable for various age groups.
Corporate Events: Including team-building activities, sports days, Corporate Events and themed events.
