We have thought carefully about how to do this pickup as safely and securely as possible and have decided on the following:

• We will have a one-hour window for parents/students to pick up resources. This will be specific to their year group (schedule below).
• We will pre-bag all resources so that students/parents can literally "take and go" in their pick-up slot.
• We will run the collection stall outside in the staff car park (underneath the overhang). In case of poor weather and longer queues, please wear appropriate clothing.
• We will sign out all resources via a register sheet so that we know which students still need books etc.

The pick-up will take place tomorrow Thursday 14th January. The schedule is as follows:

Y7    10AM - 11AM
Y8    11AM - 12PM
Y9    12PM - 1PM
Y10    1PM - 2PM
Y11    2PM - 3PM

We will be bringing out the specific bags for specific year groups in these time slots so please arrive at the correct time. All students will need to pick up these resources - teachers will in many cases be planning lessons around students having these resources.  

Either students or parents can pick up the resources. We will operate a socially distanced queueing system, but the pickup itself should be very quick.
